Internet of Sports Protocol (IoSP) — Public Release
Today we published the Internet of Sports Protocol specification to GitHub. IoSP is the foundational data layer for SPRTX — a decentralized framework for athlete identity, data sovereignty, and tokenized participation across the sports ecosystem.
The release includes:
(1) Protocol whitepaper establishing the IoSP counter-framework to Internet of Bodies
(2) IoSP Unified schema defining all entity types (athletes, teams, leagues, facilities, brands, events, competitions, legacies)
(3) NEPH Key — a novel three-key security model for cryptographic co-ownership enforcement
(4) IoSP-SPRTX bridge schema connecting protocol layer to chain layer enforced in network
This public commit timestamps our priority on the architecture.
The protocol is CC BY-SA 4.0 licensed — open for builders, attribution required.
